All prices include Belgian VAT. In Belgium you will often see the abbreviation TVAC on an invoice : it means VAT is already in the figure, so €149 is what you pay for the job itself. The €120 call-out fee is added to it. The 100 % surcharge applies at night, at weekends and on public holidays. Everything is confirmed on the phone before anyone drives out.

Common questions
Do you really answer at night?
Yes. A technician is on call 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The 100 % surcharge for nights, weekends and public holidays is told to you on the phone, before anyone sets off.
How fast can you be here?
Around thirty minutes in Liège and the communes next to it. When it rains hard, several calls come in at once : we then give you a realistic slot instead of a promise we cannot keep, and we call back if a technician frees up earlier.
I rent my flat. Can you still come?
Yes. We invoice the person who calls us, with our Belgian VAT number on the invoice, and you can forward it to whoever is responsible in your case. If a camera inspection is done, you also get the video and the exact location of the problem.
Do you use chemical drain cleaner?
No. It damages PVC pipework more reliably than it dissolves a blockage, and it makes the next intervention more dangerous for whoever opens the pipe. We use an electric auger or high-pressure water.
Can I get a quote before you come?
You get the price on the phone. It does not change once the technician is on site unless the job turns out to be something different, in which case we tell you before carrying on, not afterwards.
